Questions about orders, recipes, ingredient costs, bake plans, Venmo requests, or iCloud sync are welcome.
Common checks
- If bake plan totals look wrong, confirm the order status, pickup date, recipe yield, and ingredient amounts.
- If ingredient cost looks off, check the linked supply unit, package size, and purchase price.
- If a Venmo request looks wrong, confirm the Venmo username, order balance, and optional phone last four digits in Settings.
- If iCloud sync is enabled, make sure each device is signed in to the same Apple ID and has iCloud available.
Venmo payment requests
Microbakery Pro creates request text and a Venmo web link for physical bakery orders. Venmo may still ask customers to verify the recipient. If you choose to include the last four digits of your phone number, only enter those four digits in the app.
Data and backups
Bakery data is stored on your device unless optional iCloud sync is enabled. Before deleting the app, changing Apple IDs, or clearing sample data, confirm you have the data you need on another device or backed up through your normal Apple device backup process.
